Josh Koscheck  4x, division 1 wrestling champion, star of The Ultimate Fighter and Ultimate Fighting Championships will be teaching Takedown and takedown defense for fighting.

Josh "The Punk" Thomson is a Pride Fighting Championships, The Ultimate fighting Championships, World Fighting Alliance veteran. He will be teaching striking on the feet and on the ground.
